Your Data Rights

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account:

1. Complete Deletion: We permanently delete all your personal information, including your profile data, machines, services, and any uploaded files or images.

2. No Data Retention: Unlike some services that "deactivate" accounts but retain data, we commit to completely removing your data from our systems when you choose to delete your account.

3. Immediate Effect: Account deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before deletion if you wish to keep a copy.

4. Analytics and Logs: Any anonymized usage data that might have been collected during your use of the service will also be disassociated from your account upon deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time by:

1. Going to your Profile page

2. Scrolling to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of the page

3. Clicking "Delete Account"

4. Following the confirmation steps

How to Request Data Deletion

Contact support@lookover.app with a description of the data you wish to delete.

Data Export

Before deleting your account, you have the option to export all your data. This includes your profile information, machines, services, and other account data in a JSON format.
